HBO Latin America GroupSM and Columbus Communications Grenada (Flow Grenada) announced an agreement to broadcast HBO’s specialty and premium channels in Grenada, effective January 1st, 2009.

They have now joined us in building a stronger Pay TV industry focused on offering the best entertainment options to our audiences in Grenada,” said Emilio Rubio, President of Distribution and Media Development of HBO Latin American Group (LAG).

Flow Grenada intends to revolutionize Grenada’s telecommunications experience. This will give Flow’s customers the opportunity to subscribe to several HBO premium packages that include: HBO®, HBO® Plus, HBO® Family, Cinemax, and the HBO® Caribbean channel. The HBO® Caribbean channel is 100% in English and customized to the audience in this region.

According to the General Manager of Flow, Kurleigh Prescod, “This change is a direct result of listening to the requests of our customers who have asked us for greater stability in our content, more variety in the channel options, and of course greater value in the programming we offer. Our agreement with HBO is one of our steps in responding directly to the needs of our customers."

Customers in Grenada will be able to experience, exclusively through HBO®, Hollywood blockbusters, renowned independent and international movies, as well as the best series, late night shows, and highly-demanded boxing matches.
