More options for cable customers with the launch of Flow Digital Video
Thursday May 27, 2010: Flow customers can now enjoy more channels and packages, better video quality and a host of additional benefits with the launch of Flow Digital Video Service.
This launch marks yet another significant milestone for the company, which now offers its three core services - video, broadband and landline voice - via digital technology.
Flow Digital Video will offer customers a variety of additional benefits and conveniences, including:
- More channels and optional packages
- Ability to customize your viewing options with the 'Flow Your Own' package
- Better picture and sound quality
- On-screen Programming Guide
- Personal Video Recorder - ability to pause, rewind and record your favourite shows
- Enhanced Parental Control Features
- Access to high definition (HD) channels
Kurleigh Prescod, Flow’s General Manager, expressed his pleasure with the launch of this new platform since customers have always been asking for more viewing options. He explained, “From more channel options to High Definition channels and the convenience of watching TV how and when you want to, the launch of our Digital Video service has definitely enabled us to provide our customers with more of what they have been asking for.”
Prescod added that customers can expect future enhancements to the digital video service in the near future.
Customers residing in pre-selected areas throughout Grenada will be contacted by Flow representatives to schedule their upgrade. Existing video customers residing in digital- ready areas, where broadband and voice services are presently available, are also encouraged to email sales@columbusgrenada.com or contact Flow’s offices at 800-3569 or 232-3569 to schedule their digital conversion.
