Flow launches its Talk Service, becoming a Triple Play Provider in Grenada

Tuesday November 3, 2009: Flow announces the launch of its landline telephone service, branded Talk, in its digital-ready areas throughout Grenada. This launch marks yet another achievement in the local telecommunications industry and establishes Flow as the first full Triple Play provider in Grenada, with three core services carried on its network: Cable television, Broadband and now landline Voice.

Flow's General Manager Kurleigh Prescod remarked on this milestone, "after a long period of technical and legal negotiations, we are excited to launch our state-of-the-art landline voice service, representing the third phase of our triple-play transformation, and yet again making available a superior and more affordable service to Grenada."

Flow Talk service contains many features, including a hassle-free activation process, with the service provided through the same cable modem that is used to deliver Flow Broadband. Voice subscribers can "Talk much more for much less" with several convenient features including:

  • Free Unlimited calls to Flow customers in Trinidad
  • 69 cents per minute to call USA, Canada & UK
  • Free unlimited calling from loved ones abroad with Flow Connect, where an international number from USA, Canada or the UK can be assigned to the customer's telephone line
  • Three affordable packages to enhance customer options
  • Free Standard Calling Features like Voicemail, Caller-ID and Call waiting
